We believe that overdevelopment is the most immediate threat facing Ocean Township, which itself is driven by a lack of focus on residents' interests in local government, fueled by the interests of elitist company organizations.

We oppose Berkshire Hathaway, BlackRock Incorporated, the World Economic Forum, and the Vanguard Group for their economic incentivizing of overdevelopment and mass urbanization of the United States at the expense of countless Americans in suburban and rural communities nationwide.

We believe Ocean Township’s identity and way of life are worth protecting from forced transformation into high-density development zones designed to benefit corporate insiders rather than families and longtime residents

We believe that overdevelopment erases local culture and overwhelms existing township infrastructure.

We support fair and consistent enforcement of the law, with no special treatment for wealthy developers, political insiders, or corporate entities.

We oppose economic frameworks that prioritize urban consolidation over local autonomy and community stability.

We simply want to stand up for our community against overdevelopment and local corruption. As we see these issues worsen on the national level with companies like BlackRock growing in influence, we aim to make a difference on the local level to show that change can be made starting here in our community.
